Panchayat Administrative System
Thrikkur Grama Panchayat is a local self-government institution functioning under the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, and its associated rules. Elected representatives and administrative officials work together to coordinate and implement the activities of the panchayat.

Governing Body (Elected Council)
The governing body is formed by members elected from the 19 wards of the Grama Panchayat.

Decisions regarding development projects, the annual plan, the budget, and public welfare activities are taken at Panchayat meetings.
